PayPal Payment Terms

These terms govern the processing of payments via PayPal in the Giveria store.

§ 2 Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed immediately upon receiving payment confirmation from PayPal. You will gain access to purchased virtual products (premium points or VIP account) automatically after the transaction completes:

  • Delivery Time: Immediately, up to 1 hour after payment authorization.

§ 3 Refund Policy

We sell virtual products (premium points, VIP account) that are delivered instantly upon transaction completion. Under Article 38(3)(10) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service is fully performed with the consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expires.

  • The consumer agrees to the commencement of service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
  • After the transaction is completed and virtual products are delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

§ 4 Complaints and Exceptional Refunds

If you experience issues accessing purchased products or they do not match their description, you may file a complaint or request a refund:

  • Complaints will be processed within 14 calendar days.
  • If the complaint is approved, funds will be returned to the account or card used for payment.
